POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE

    Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) is issued to Indian Passport holders in case they have applied for Residential Status, Employment or Long-term visa or for immigration. PCC cannot be issued for persons going abroad on Tourist Visa. 
    Please note that the PCC will only be issued after receipt of fresh police verification on the PCC application. This applies to all categories of applicants. Accordingly, all applicants for PCC are advised to apply for the same well in time. Applicants can apply online at https://mportal.passportindia.gov.in/gpsp/AuthNavigation/Registration

Documents to be uploaded with the application:

1. Upload an ICAO compliant photograph (mandatory)/ signature, Or share soft copy of ICAO compliant photograph. For more details on ICAO compliant photograph please refer  guidelines
2. Self attested copy of passport (first and last page)
3. Philippine National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance (Original)
4. Self attested copy of Valid Visa or ACR card

Please note: Application forms without uploaded photo, signature and requisite documents will not be accepted. Do not forget to bring the originals of the uploaded documents for verification at the time of submission of the application.
