EMPLOYMENT VISA 

An employment visa may be applied for by skilled and qualified foreign professionals or persons who are engaged or appointed on contract or employment basis at a senior level, skilled position such as technical expert, senior executive, or in a managerial position by companies, organisations, economic undertakings as technicians, technical experts, senior executives etc. 

Documents Required:   

a) Two 2 x 2 (inches) size photos 

b)Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the contemplated stay in India with photocopy 

c)Contract of Employment notarized from India (original with photocopy). 

d)Letter from the employer justifying the appointment of a foreigner

e)Proof of Registration of the Company under relevant provisions of the Government of India rules. 

f) Documentary proof of educational qualifications and professional expertise.

g)Airline Print Out with Ticket Numbers 

*Interview by the Consul 
*Foreign nationals with less than two years of residence in the Philippines must apply in the country of their origin.
