BUSINESS VISA

The Business Visa is granted to a foreign national who wants to visit India to establish an industrial/business venture or to explore possibilities to set up such venture and wants to purchase/sell industrial products in India.

Documents Required:

1. 2 Passport size photographs (size 2x2 inches)
2. Passport valid at least for 6 months beyond the intended date of return from India and also should have at least 2 blank pages;
3. Invitation letter from the relevant company India; or
4. Sponsorship letter from the company/firm being represented in the Philippines, duly attested by Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) of the Philippines or Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Philippines;
5. Proof of financial standing and expertise in the field of intended business;
6. Copy of air ticket or tentative airline booking.
