ENTRY VISA

An entry visa is given for specific purposes to foreign nationals for any purpose not covered specifically under any of the other visa categories and to foreign nationals of Indian origin, his/her spouse and dependent children visiting India.

Documents Required:

1. Passport copy of their Indian parent/ spouse duly signed by him/ her as in passport (front & back page).
2. Child's Birth Certificate apostilled by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) of the Philippines.
3. Marriage Certificate apostilled by the DFA in the case of marriage solemnized in the Philippines or Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi in the case of marriage solemnized in India.
4. Passport copy of the applicant.
5. Invitation letter from the Indian parent/spouse bearing all the expenses to be incurred by the child and partner during their stay in India.
6. Application form duly signed by the applicant. In the case the of child applicant the parent may sign on their behalf.
