Ambassador Shri Harsh Kumar Jain formally turned over the renovated and fully equipped Primary Care Facility in Bacolod, Lanao del Norte to Hon’ble Mayor Ms. Judith V. Miquiabas on 22 April 2026. The turnover ceremony was witnessed by Ms. Lilian M. De Leon, Assistant Secretary for International Relations, Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), Mr. Allan G. Lim, Vice Governor of Lanao del Norte, Mr. Bruce A. Colao, Regional Director of DILG, and Mr. Edward Bhagwani, Provincial Director of Lanao del Norte, among other distinguished guests.
