Opening ceremony of the 2nd ASEAN-India Maritime Exercise

Ambassador Shri Harsh Kumar Jain attended the opening ceremony of the 2nd ASEAN–India Maritime Exercise (#AIME2026) at Subic Bay as Guest of Honour. In his address, he reaffirmed India’s commitment to ASEAN centrality, maritime security, and regional cooperation under its vision of #MAHASAGAR. Co-hosted by the Indian Navy and Philippine Navy, the exercise strengthens trust, mutual understanding, and interoperability among participating navies under the theme “Anchored in Trust, United at Sea.”
