FSI Philippines, Ms. Celeste Vinzon-Balatbat, OIC, accepted the sets of books. The event was attended by Assistant Secretary Meynardo Montealegre of Asia Pacific Affairs of
Department of Foreign Affairs, Republic of the Philippines, other representatives from the DFA, the Carlos P. Romulo Library and Embassy of India in Manila.
