Ambassador Shri Harsh Kumar Jain handed over a newly constructed Livelihood Training Center in Bobon, Northern Samar to Mayor Reny Jing Celespara on 05 May 2026 under the Quick Impact Project (QIP) scheme of Indian Grant Assistance. The Center will benefit over 23,000 residents through skills training and livelihood opportunities, reflecting the growing India–Philippines partnership in promoting inclusive community
development.
