Finance Secretary Mr. Subhash Chandra Garg hosted a constituency lunch today i.e 4 May, 2018 for member countries, Bhutan, Laos, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan. He is attending the 51st Annual meeting of Asian Development Bank(ADB)in Manila from May 3-6, 2018 in his capacity as temporary Governor representing India at the ADB and is leading the Indian delegation at the ADB Board of Governors meeting.
