Ambassador Jaideep Mazumdar speaking at the Philippines Mining Luncheon function on 6 April in which three solar mamas leaving for India today were honored. The solar mamas will in India for six months studying solar technology at Barefoot college in Tillona Rajasthan. Diwata a NGO in association with other partners have been actively associated with solar mamas program. The solar mamas program is sponsored by Government of India under Indian Technical Economic Cooperation program.
