The Embassy of India, Manila organised a Flag hoisting ceremony at India House on the occasion of the 71st Republic Day of India. The programme began with H.E Ambassador Jaideep Mazumdar unfurling the National Flag, followed by the singing of National Anthem. Ambassador Mazumdar also read out the President of India's message to the nation on the occasion. A group of children form Sathya Sai Spiritual Education presented a cultural performance on the occasion. Ambassador Mazumdar and Mrs. Parvati C. Mazumdar also presented the awards for the winners of the #ConstitutionDayOfIndia Online Quiz Competition. The occasion was attended by a large gathering including members of Indian community and friends of India.
