Embassy of India, Manila Charge d'Affaires, Ms. Manisha Swami chaired the 109th Governing Board Meeting of Colombo Plan Staff College. The Participants of the meeting were Amb. Shobini Gunasekera of Sri Lanka; Amb. Asad Alam Siam of Bangladesh; Amb. U Lwin Oo of Myanmar; Amb. Norman bin Muhamad of Malaysia; Amb. Gerard Ho Wei Hong of Singapore; and Charge d'Affaires Ms. Saadia Awan of Pakistan. Also present in the Meeting were: representative from Office of United Nations and International Organizations (UNIO) of Department of Foreign Affairs, Republic of the Philippines and Director General of Colombo Plan Staff College, Dr. Ramhari Lamichhane. India is the outgoing Chair of the Governing Board and Malaysia will be the new Chair.
