These are semi literate grandmas of the ancient indigenous Negrito Community called Aeta that live in the hills of Tarlac who went to Barefoot College, Tilonia, supported by the ITEC program of the Ministry of External Affairs of India in partnership with Diwata whose Chair is Former Secretary Foreign Affairs Amb. Delia Albert and became solar engineers! They have brought light to hundreds of households.
