Ambassador Jaideep Mazumdar and Mrs. Mazumdar attended the FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce Inc.) General Membership Meeting on 15 November 2018 at Makati Shangri-La. The Guest of Honor, Senator Grace Poe, encouraged the federation to bring in more Indian companies to the Philippines especially after the success of the new airport in Mactan, Cebu which was built by GMR. Joey Concepcion, Ramon Bagatsing, Joey Mapa and other prominent Filipino businessmen attended the event.
