To report a missing Indian national in the Philippines, the relatives of individuals who has gone missing can send details in the prescribed format (MISSING PERSON) to the Embassy though email at sscons.manila@mea.gov.in and cons.manila@mea.gov.in.

2. Whenever an Indian national is reported missing, the Embassy approaches the local authorities to investigate the missing persons’ whereabouts

3. The relatives of the individual can also use the MADAD Portal -ww.madad.gov.in for this purpose."
